Korean Soya Bean Sprouts

Steps to prepare.
Boil the soya bean sprouts in a pot of boiling water. Cover and boil for 4 mins. Leave it to set for another 3 mins. Pour away the water. Drain the cooked bean sprouts in cold tap water. Shake off excess water.
Prepare the Dressing
Below is the proportion used. Can be adjusted to taste by adding more of what we like.
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Korean Chili flakes 2 tea spoon
Light soya sauce - 2 table spoon
Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
Mixed them all together.
Then use your hands (in gloves) and mix well with the bean sprouts.
May require more sugar and soya sauce if more chili flakes are used.
